PRODUCT INFORMATION
All our products apart from the Handled Tea Trays are manufactured in our factory in Bicknoller - Somerset - England. All products are hand finished and each item are checked individually by a member of our staff.
Our products are manufactured from melamine impregnated resin films which a laminated to either side of the eucalyptus hardboard. The manufacturing process is fairly simple which relies on heat (approximately 140 degrees centigrade) and pressure (4000 psi), this process ensures that a melamine board will be strong, durable and impervious to alcohol and food staining. However, as the hardboard is sandwiched between that layers of melamine resin, it is extremely important that the edges of the products with the exposed hardboard are not immersed in water or placed in a dish washer as our products are not dish washer proof. We advise that on all our items you wipe the surface clean with a warm damp cloth.
All items except Placemat Sets and Coasters Set are sold as single items, these products are not packaged in anyway, apart from the postage packet.
Placemat Sets contain 6 placemats per set and are packaged in a hand made rigid presentation box. The coasters are also packed in the same way.

Melamine Placemat Set
Melamine placemats are 290mm x 230mm x 3mm approximate size, they are corked backed and supplied in a presentation box. Some sets contain 6 seperate images, a few sets contain 3 different images so you will find that we double up on the 3 images, many sets contain 1 single image, so you will find 6 images of the same design. We have indicated on the site the appropriate number of images for the particular design.
Melamine Coaster Set
Melamine coasters are 117mm x 90mm x 3mm approximate size, they are corked backed and supplied in a presentation box. Some sets contain 6 seperate images, a few sets contain 3 different images so you will find that we double up on the 3 images, many sets contain 1 single image, so you will find 6 images of the same design. We have indicated on the site the appropriate number of images for the particular design.
Pastry Board
A giant chopping board for the kitchen, approximate sizes are 500mm x 400mm x 6mm. A double sided melamine board with your chosen design on one side and a standard neutral coloured decor on the the other side that allows you to roll pastry or prepare your food on either side of the board.
Kitchen Chopping Board
A slightly smaller melamine cutting board than the pastry board, approximate size is 400mm x 300mm x 6mm. As its bigger brother, double sided so you choose which side to cut your food on, but we would recommend that you use the side with the neutral decor.
Lap Tray
A melamine faced lap tray, so easy to wipe clean, finished with a beech effect plastic moulding to aid carrying. A poly bead cushion, finished in a dark green cloth is hand stitched and attached to its base. Approximate size 420mm x 335mm x 50mm cushion. Lap trays are supplied shrink wrapped.
Handled Tea Tray
Moulded melamine tea tray measures approximately 460mm x 295mm x 15mm deep.
